Brian holds a Silver level coaching licence and has a philosophy that supports competitive swimmers of all ability to achieve their goals. He has extensive coaching experience and has worked with past Australian champions and National coaches. He is currently part of the coaching team for Swimming Victoria’s Development and Talent ID squads. Adele first joined DVE as a parent of two swimmers in 2013 but then in September 2014 acquired her Bronze coaching licence. Adele is a committed and passionate member of the coaching team, coaching a senior squad and assists Brian with support to our junior program.
Suzi is a fun, enthusiastic and passionate member of the team who loves all aspects of the sport of swimming. She particularly enjoys working with junior athletes and is currently working on obtaining her Development (Bronze) qualification.
Monique started swimming with DVE in 2013 and has competed to a high level of swimming. She has a strong passion for her swimming and enjoys teaching and working with kids. Monique holds her competitive strokes qualification and aspires to get her bronze qualification soon.
