DVE Aquatic is a family oriented, community aquatic club in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. It is a not-for-profit organisation that is operated by its members with support from families and friends.

Our club provides a coordinated aquatic program to assist members with their overall development and to support them achieving the most they can from their waterpolo, diving, swimming and/or lifesaving.

Our club culture encourages enjoyment and friendship through the development of aquatic skills, fitness, competition and team participation.

Our club relies for its success on the enthusiasm and passion of our experienced coaches, officials and our many volunteers.

Based at Watermarc Multi-activity Centre in Greensborough, swimming training is also currently held at the Yarra Plenty and Latrobe University pools until the redevelopment of the Eltham Leisure Centre is completed in 2018. Diving training sessions are held at the Carey sports ground pool in Bulleen while lifesaving and waterpolo training are held at Watermarc.

History

DVE Aquatic was formed in 2012 following the amalgamation of the Diamond Valley Swimming Club (established in 1964) and the Eltham Swimming Club. The club has broadened its activities to include swimming, lifesaving, diving and is currently the fastest growing waterpolo club in the Victorian competition.

The club currently has over 300 members.

DVE Aquatic is an incorporated sporting club. ABN 75230366872
